Gratitude Challenge

Because I want to be more intentional about being grateful this year, I've decided to participate with Inspired Stamps and their gratitude challenge. If you go to www.inspiredstamps.blogspot.com you find an explanation of what its all about. I've decided that I want to post something on a once-a-month basis for this challenge. If I get the chance to create more often, then I will post it. For January, the scriptures that we're using are: Psalm 118:24; Psalm 92:4; Psalm 47:1 & Psalm 28:7. My first response to the challenge is below:

These small cards are size 3x3. They've been stamped and then outlined with a Black Pigma Micron Pen. On the front of the cards, the outlines are colored in with Glaze Pens by Sakura. The cards with scriptures on the outside are blank on the inside except for the outlining. The cards that have an image on the outside show the scripture on the inside. All stamps are from Inspired Stamps. The reason I made these cards so tiny is because I will be carrying them with me, in my pocket book, all year, to give my handwritten words of appreciation and thanks on the inside. They will be given to people such as waiters, waitresses, or anyone you can think of in a service position to the public. It's my way of saying "thank you" to them, encouraging them, and being grateful to God for them and the service they give us.

  6. Hi Linda, Thank you for stopping by. The pages I make are just a fancy Journal, like for a special occasion. I love the purple fairy lady's albums so got my ideas from her.
